Every few years there is a new Real Estate Riches Seminar Hero and they never open a store next to a Walmart because what they learned from Tom who made millions selling his branded secrets of short cuts which 1,000's would show up and buy . While Joe Blow Real Estate offered courses only a few would show up , as they would have to work for it . I wish there was a a Tom Voo Store by Walmart and it don't look like any other Real Estate Pro Shop will be there to help soon either . People love hype not facts.
